Hey there, I’m Josh! I’m a 20-something based in Los Angeles with a passion for creativity, connection, and storytelling.
I’ve been working in real estate marketing since 2021, building a career around digital media, content creation, and brand strategy. I currently work in luxury real estate marketing in Beverly Hills, helping agents bring high-end listings, personal brands, and creative campaigns to life.
Along the way, I also spent two years as a licensed real estate agent, giving me firsthand experience with clients, showings, listings, and the transaction process. That perspective still shapes how I approach marketing today. I understand how personal real estate is, how much strategy goes into a successful listing, and how important it is for agents to show up with a brand that feels clear, polished, and true to them.
I’m also a freelance journalist, which has always pushed me to stay curious, ask better questions, and tell stories with more intention. Whether I’m writing, creating content, or building out a marketing strategy, I’m drawn to work that connects people, places, and ideas.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me exploring my local community, discovering new coffee shops, or out for a run. I’m a runner, logging 40+ miles a week and looking for my next adventure.
